A. Giordanodieci.com is located in the north of Italy, close to Milan and in the centre of the Italian fashion district.
Q. Are all the shoes truly hand made in Italy?
A. Yes they are. As a factory we have been producing truly handmade in Italy shoes for more than 60 years, for the most prestigious Italian and International fashion brands.
Q. Do each component of the shoes come from Italy?
A. Yes they do. Some of the raw skins might come from other countries but they are all treated, dyed and finished in Italy. Our shoes are made of the finest leathers and the highest quality of components to assure you the best quality, everlastingness and comfort.
Q. Do any of the leathers or skins used come from any animal in risk of extinction?
A. No, none of our leathers comes from animal in risk of extinction
Q. do you offer any vegan shoe?
A. Our styles in fabric with rubber sole can be produced as vegan shoes using a synthetic lining. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing the order. Moreover, you might also contact our Customer Service Office in case you are interested in other kind of vegan shoes. For example, if you like a style in fabric that right now is offered only with leather sole, please contact us at email@example.com as we might be able to build a vegan bottom just for you.
Q. Are all sizes always available?
A. Yes, they are. Giordanodieci.com has a limited stock but all sizes will always be available, because being the producers we are capable to put in production the missing sizes at any time.
Q. I usually have fitting problems when buying my shoes. Would you be able to suggest the best size for me?
A. Our Customer Care Office will be at your disposal. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing the order. As producers of the shoes, we will do our best to provide you all the assistance you might need.
Q. My shoe size is not included in the list of available sizes you are offering. Would you be willing to make me a pair anyway?
A. Please contact us at email@example.com . Our office will discuss with you the possibility of producing a special size for you and which might be the extra costs.
Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. We usually deliver within 7-10 business days. Our customer care office will promptly updated you in case of any delay.
Q. Is it possible to request an express delivery?
A. In case you need an express delivery, please contact our Customer Service Office before placing the order. They will advise if the express delivery is possible. A minimum extra fee might apply.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes we do. If you are from any of the Countries yet not present in the list of possible delivery destinations, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will assist you in placing your order and deliver your shoes where you need them to be.
Q. Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?
A. We apologize for the inconvenience, but giordanodieci.com do not deliver to B.O. boxes.
Q. How much are the shipping costs and the import fees/VAT taxes?
A. Shipment is Free and there are no additional Import Fees or VAT taxes to pay on delivery. Prices on line are ALL-INCLUSIVE.
Q. If I am ordering from Italy and my shoes will be delivered in Italy. Would the IVA be included?
A. Yes, all prices are ALL-INCLUSIVE for all Countries.
Q. In which currency are the prices in?
A. Final invoices and published prices are in Euro.
Q. Do you offer any discount for multiple orders?
A. Yes, we do. We offer a 10% discount for orders of three items or more.
Q. How can I change my existing order?
A. We apologize for the inconvenience, but once an order has been placed no changes can be made to that order.
Q. How can I track my order?
A. When the order is shipped, Clients are provided with the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or giordanodieci.com
Q. Do you provide any insurance on the goods?
A. giordanodieci.com shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.
Q. Can I return my shoes if they don’t fit?
A. Yes you can. Please contact us at email@example.com with 5 days from receiving the order. Returns for size exchange or store credit are FREE. For more information please visit out “Shipping and Returns” page.
Q. Can I return my shoes if I don’t like how they look on me?
A. Within the timing allowed, you are provided with the chance to send back unworn and undamaged item(s) in the original package and request a store credit or a refund, even without a specific reason. Returns for store credit are free, while shipment and any eventual import fees are at the Client’s expense in case of a refund request.
