Q. How can I change my existing order?
A. We apologize for the inconvenience, but once an order has been placed no changes can be made to that order.
Q. How can I track my order?
A. When the order is shipped, Clients are provided with the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or giordanodieci.com
Q. Do you provide any insurance on the goods?
A. giordanodieci.com shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.
Q. Can I return my shoes if they don’t fit?
A. Yes you can. Please contact us at [email protected] with 5 days from receiving the order. Returns for size exchange or store credit are FREE. For more information please visit out “Shipping and Returns” page.
Q. Can I return my shoes if I don’t like how they look on me?
A. Within the timing allowed, you are provided with the chance to send back unworn and undamaged item(s) in the original package and request a store credit or a refund, even without a specific reason. Returns for store credit are free, while shipment and any eventual import fees are at the Client’s expense in case of a refund request. Q: I own a store and I am interested in some styles. How can I place an order?
Q: How can I know when you will be adding more styles?
A: We will constantly add new styles on a weekly basis. Please log into your account and sign up for our newsletter so we can keep you updated on all the news.
